Risk management is the process of reducing the likelihood and impacts on a negative event on your project or program.

Program risk management allows you to deliver your programs successfully. Without it you lack the clarity to plan and execute the steps necessary to repeatably provide your customer what they need on time, on budget and meeting performance objectives.

The program manager owns risk for their program. Functional areas such as system safety, cyber, contracts, supply ect are key components in risk management, but they can only advise. The buck stops with the PM!

We have over 28 years of experience in risk management ranging from portfolio, program, and project risk management to operational and engineering risk management.

Our staff has RMP, PMP and PE certifications as well as advance engineering degrees and extensive training in risk management from our time at the United States Military Academy, the U.S. Army and in corporate roles.
